Description: The shipwreck “Nestor” is a decommissioned Greek Navy tugboat deliberately sunk in April 2025 to create an artificial reef and diving park in Embros Gialos Bay, Crete. It rests at a depth of roughly 16–20 meters and is a popular attraction for recreational scuba diving, offering accessible wreck exploration.

Description: Our newly discovered dive site got the name “Nudies cliff” due to the high amount of different kind of nudibrachs we count every time we visit for a dive. The dramatic cliff line helped to complete the name “Nudies cliff”.

Description: Our new dive spot got the name “Zebra Garden” thanks to the dozen of nudibrachs we count every time we go for a dive. The rich “garden” of sponges & soft corals make it look like a garden, therefore “Zebra Garden” was born.

Description: A breath taking sharp wall going vertically down to 37m.
The blue of these waters is a clear electric shade that seems endless when you stare straight down. The Great Wall itself is an eye-widening 30-metre underwater cliff that’s teeming downwards.

Description: Huge boulders, a few old anchors can be found in the deeper parts of the dive site. Clear waters, pretty oceanography with plenty small marine life to be admired.

Description: A German bomber, discovered in 2009 (or reported in 2024), lies about 3 km offshore at a depth of 22 meters. This wreck is in decent shape, showcasing the cockpit, the fuselage and wings are largely intact, giving a clear outline of the aircraft. Damage is visible around the cockpit area. It’s considered one of the best-preserved Ju 88 wrecks in the Mediterranean.
(The probable cause was mechanical failure or engine trouble rather than combat. There were 3–4 crew members onboard, and at least one survived, reportedly helped by a local resident.)
